Not mere forwarding the issue to customer service team to resolve i need to know how the caller data is being sold for and apart from that According to TRAI if my number is DND and other third party calls me their number must be blocked irrespective of their bussiness nature, and I need to know about the status of my complaint and what action has been taken as per RTI act.

The above number provided me is working i need the confirm reply as on how my data is being sold for just few bugs and according to the RTI act 2005, Even though am und DND, i would like to know how and why my data is being sold to the third party. Else i will be forced to lodge complaint with TRAI.
