[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Data Card activation delay | |||
I bought a prepaid reliance data card with number - [protected] at Poorvika chromepet chennai on July 14th. I had submitted the xerox of my driving licence during the purchase and the televerification was done on July 20th - 11AM . But now iam unable to recharge online as it says the number is not existing. When I call the customer care[protected] they say they are unable to see my number in the database eventhough they can see that the televerification is done as positive. They are unable to give me the reason for this or the solution. Iam really frustrated with this delay .
