[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Data card bill is coming so high which is out of the plan we choose | |||||
My name is aruna g h, Reliance postpaid data number: [protected] The total rental which i have chosen was rs. 550.00 + tax 82.50 = rs.632.50. Recently the company told us to upgrade for 4g facility with the same plan. But now we are getting a bill of rs. 2010. Basically i an visually challenged person and i without my knowledge if they increase the amount without even intimating me how can i afford such a big amount. If earlier they have notified me i would have cancelled the network itself. So please do kindly take action and let me know what is going with the plan i selected...
