[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Data card no : [protected] - over billing | |||
Hello, My datacard no is : [protected] and is postpaid and unlimited data usage plan. I upgraded to 4g and purchased Reliance 4G LTE wi-pod. Before upgrading to 4G, my plan was unlimited plan and I used to get monthly bill of amount Rs.546/- But now I received the bill for the month of Sept-2016 with an amount of 1555/- Before migrating to 4G it was communicated that, what ever the current plan we have will be carried forward after migrating to 4G. But now after migration it looks like my plan got converted to limited plan which was never communicated. I called customer care several times but they are not able answer my questions. Feb 13, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I asked for termination request, as I didn't get any satisfying response from them. Once they received my termination request they called me couple of times and they promised that they are working on unlimited plan options and the same will be available with in few months. With that assurance I agreed to continue with the service and so am marking this as resolved for now. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
