Reliance Communications — Data Card recharged by 123 rs 3G pack , which never worked , Customer care executive blacklisted me | |||
I recharged my dongle by INR 123, I was planning to use the 3G services of the network provider, when I used The Dongle, abruptly the balance went to ZERO within no time, i got surprised to see the balance moving down to zero, even when i didn't touch my PC. Instantly i called cc who provided me the details, i was expecting the balance to be credited to my account but nothing like that happen. Since then i am trying to get in touch with the CC of the network provider, but in vain as they have blacklisted my Number [protected].. I have never experienced such a worst approach of dealing with customers ever. Reliance such a big name and such unethical approach.
