[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Data card unusable from last 3 days | |||||
Hi Team, This mail is to update you that my Reliance Datacard has no network since last three days. We have been speaking with Reliance customer care executives since last 3 days twice a day but we are just getting some fake commitments that data card will start within next next 6 hours. some time they say it will get started by night 11 hrs: 59 min:59 sec. I feel that this is nothing but harassment of customers just because we are not ready to move from 3G to 4G network. Request you to please look into it immediately and resolve the issue.
