My name is Nandita and my number is [protected]. 2days before i recharged my mobile with Rs.197 data plan with 1.25 GB. I use very few data. Now when i checked my remaining data is 0 MB. I am trying to call customer care but none of them is responding. Help me to recover my data. Thank you.

And the interesting point is that none of your customer care executive respond me via call after posting this complaint.
