Reliance Communications — Dead Phone Lines since more than 1.5 months

We have taken up Reliance Wired Phone service for our office. There are 15 numbers. CAN No.[protected] However since more than 1.5 month all the 15 numbers are dead. We have registered several complaints for the dead phone service to the Reliance Customer service as well as raised this issue to the Reliance Appellate Authority several times. Every time when we call the Reliance Appellate Authority they say we have escalated the issue and your service shall be functional with 24hrs. However the phones are still dead. We have also requested Reliance Appellate Authority to reverse the billing charges for the non-functional phone. And refund/adjust the payment made towards the bills. However the same is also not done and now we get calls from billing department to make payment for new bill for dead phone services. We have paid installation charges and have paid your monthly bills for services which is not operational. We would request Reliance Communication to refund us all the monies paid to them for service which they are not fit to provide.

It's been more than a week after providing you with my contact details yet there is no service call ...neither my telephone lines are yet working

This shows how pathetic your customer service is and how you value you have for your customers and take them for a ride.

Reliance is the worst telephone company ever dealt with. You guys don't care about your customers and just ignore their grievances.

Now I demand compensation along with complete refund of the installation charges and monthly payments for non operations service and also want a written apology letter for the hassle we have gone through.

Hope someone more responsible takes control of this issue and resolve it.

Sir there had been a technician visit a 1.5 week back ... They fixed the wire problem ... However the phone is still not completely operational.

The phones were dead since mid January .. Now the lines are functional but calling has been bared for bill payment of non operational services ????

We received a call a week back from your customer service department confirming that the past 2months bill will be reversed/adjusted ... They checked the call records for the last date the phone was used. And after getting all details we were advised that the line will be fully functional in a day ...

I have been waiting for the reversal/ adjustment so that my phone lines get operational. Meanwhile reliance gets to the heights of cheekiness.. By call me today asking to make complete payment for the non operational service ... And the representative was so rude that he asked me to cancel the service o[censored] don't want to pay for the non operational period.

I will be actually happy to cancel such pathetic service and move elsewhere.. As they cannot provide proper customer service ... U would request you to Please refund me the charges paid for installation and other fees.
ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS NOW AND THE PHONE IS STILL NOT WORKING.

We had been following up for months to get the line fixed and then to get the reversal of fixed charges for non-operational service.

After commitment from your department that lines will be fixed and all the months the phone was not working the bills will be reversed.

of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him.

Kindly also note in the event of non return of this equipment, you will be charged 1250 in the final bill which will be sent to you after collection of this equipment. Any unbilled usage will also be charged in this bill towards full and final settlement.

The collection of the equipment may take 7-10 days depending on your availability.

Now as you guys have decided on your own to cancel the service then we would demand you to refund the Installation charges we paid and also reverse the bills.
