[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deducting Money Automatically by Activating services(VAS TechZone GSM etc...) without informing me | |||
Hi, Since last more than one month I am facing harassment from Reliance Communication. My Name is Mayank (Mobile No : [protected], Pune). I am using reliance pre paid connection. They are deducting the amount from my balance whenever they want. And when I call customer care, and asked why you have deducted the money they never responded to this question. And saying we have refunded the money which was deducted. They are refunding my money when I call them. If I forgot to ask within 2 -3 days, my money will be gone. The way they are responding to my question of why you are deducting my balance and activating new schemes without informing me, that clearly indicates that they are doing it intentionally. If consumer forgot to call them and if they don’t ask for the refund, they will get revenue from it. This is new business model has been adopted by the RCom. This has happened with me more than 5 times in month. Sometime they are deducting money 3 times in a day. Was this information helpful? | |||
