[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Deduction of 3G data balance without using the data

Dear Sir/Madam, This has reference to the Mobile no. [protected] (Odisha). I have made recharge for GPRS 3G Data with Rs. 177 on 18th October 2014 for a validity period of 30 Days. With the above recharge I got the 1GB 3G data + Free 1 GB data extra, I had total 2GB data balance, till yesterday I did not use the data more that approx 300 MB and yesterday around 2 PM suddenly the data balance was deducted to zero (0) and my mobile was unable to connect the Internet. I am worried how is it possible if I did not use the data and the data validity was not expired I have also talked to customer care executive but they did not response properly. Please check the details from your end and return my remaining data balance which I did not use. I have paid Rs. 177 for 3G Data with 30 days validity. You have not written any other condition in your website which causes the data reduction to zero. Please check the detail and return my data balance as soon as possible.
