[Resolved] Reliance Communications — deduction of an amount of Rs. 30 + 30 (Total Rs. 60/-) from my pre-paid account | |||
I received an SMS on 08 Jan 2015 at 1750 hrs through which I came to know that an amount of Rs. 30 has been charged for VAS ShemarooVP and an amount of Rs. 30/- deducted from my pre-paid account (Mobile No. [protected]). Again on 08 Jan 2015 at 1758 hrs, same SMS received and an amount of Rs. 30/- again deducted from my aforesaid prepaid account. Hence, Total amount of Rs. 60/- deducted from my prepaid account. I contacted reliance customer care but no response received from customer care's end. Kindly credit above amount of Rs. 60/- in my prepaid account which has been deducted from my account for no reasons. Was this information helpful? | |||
