Reliance Communications — Deficiency of service and non-action on complaints | |||||
1. I charged Rs 350 on my prepaid mobile [protected] GSM Reliance through on line from my bank. Amount was sent to reliance by Bank but the reliance did not give any credit to my account stating that it was the slab.Therefore charged amount was eaten up by company. On 2 Feb 2016, I applied for change of my post paid mobile [protected] GSM Reliance to be changed to Pre-paid. Paid outstanding amount but action taken till 10 Feb 2016. An email to customer service on 08 Feb 2016 remains in answered. I once again submitted documents on 10 Feb 2016 at their franchise outlet. Yet no response. It appears Reliance Communication avoids customer care on phone as well as emails. It is deficiency of service and needs your help. My email is [protected]@rediffmail.com for your response.
