Reliance Communications — Disconnect the data card activation | |||
I purchased Reliance 3 data card( [protected]) on 28/01/15 from MEERUT. The data card was activated on 01/02/15 with free 10 GB data. In the mean time it was not connected to Internet for 5 days for up gradation purpose by the Company. Now it is also disconnected from 23/02/2015 by the Company . As per costumer care it is disconnected due to non providing of documents.BUT I SUBMITTED MY DOCUMENTS TO YOUR REP ON 28/02/15 AND ALSO SUBMITTED TO YOUR OUTLET ON 26/02/15 AT 01:00 PM ( appx) AT MEERUT. But my connection is not started yet. My 10GB data have also Lapsed due to above reason. from- KAVITA MOB NO -[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
