[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Disconnecting the calls by Reliance Customer Care | |||
I have called Reliance Customer Care number 198 Ten Times they are disconnecting my calls. Even though I have told them that I am recording the call in my mobile through Call Recorder application from Google Play Store, they are least bother of that and still disconneting the calls. I had a word with 18 Representative including Supervisor and Team Leader . I have the names of all the names of all the Reprensentatives. Please check the names below from Mohali Reliance Customer Care Center: Agents: Ajay, Thomas, Ravi Kumar, Rahul Kumar, Virender Singh, Khrishna Kumar, Gaurav, Rahul Chowdhary and Dharmender Singh Supervisors : Aleen, Ishan, Dharmender and Prem Kumar. Team Leaders: Karan, Angadh and Rahul Sharma. All of them where pathetic. I have the last 6 Six Calls recording as proof. Please help in this. Was this information helpful? | |||
