Dear Sir,
My Reliance data card connection No: [protected]. I have been using this connection past 5.5 years. Due to CDMA to 4G upgrade I wen under lot of hurdles and raised many complaints..

During this time, customer care said your monthly rental will be waived off. But it as only half amount of my month bill though the entire month internet was not available.

Due to all these frustrations, I have decided to terminate my connection. Here after I checked with Reliance outlet, my connection was terminated.

after 2 months I got a called from Asha @ [protected] stated to pay ~ Rs.1500 and said all my concerns and she asked me to pay Rs.900 and the remaining will be waived off. She told she will close this issue.

after a month I got a call from Charan @ [protected] that I need to pay ~ R.1695. Again repeated all history and he went off.

After two week again I got a call from Nandini @ [protected]. Again I told all my concerns and she accepted and she will close this issue immediately. I do have all proof for the Email, SMS for the same.

And 7th dec 2016 ..One female employee called me and started shouting and threatening me with below questions and she did not allow me to speak.
1. Speak professionally.
2.Do you have evidence that you have terminated. Do you know court will not accept Email, SMS, chats. I need only proof.Show me that.
3. Come to court and pay your amount with all Fine.
even more. I do have Audio recorded in my mobile. If required I can send all the proof.

"Im totally upset and do not know what should I do" for someones mistake. Could you please help me to proceed further. If reliance could have said that you have to pay this much and that day itself my connection will be closed. I do not know, why they are giving this kind of hurdles to customers.

As we discussed on 08/12/2016 over the phone, I explained all issues faced so far and We have identified what went wrong, You agreed to close this issue at earliest by waiving off this amount. Also, you mentioned NO need to go to Court.

However, again I got a call from Ms GEETHA @ [protected] today (10/12/2016) and again she started shouting and threatening me that "will you Pay or not" else "let us meet in Court". Don't you have money? Still connection on your name... Reliance will generate more bill monthly basis even you are not using internet till you close this issue.

More over, I told her about out our conversation .. She shouted at me that do you have evidence, do you have acceptance mail from that Reliance person etc etc... again she told that let us meet in court. She shouted at me that need to pay Rs.1500 Plus extra all fine will court fee etc.

Even I requested Ms GEETHA that could you please discuss internally with in Reliance, what went wrong, Who made mistake here, .. But She directly said its not her duty.. Customer need to work with other team and close this issue.

If she could have discussed Reliance internally, this issue can be resolved quickly with out any pain for reliance as well as my side.

With all these, I'm confused and upset... One side I'm getting waive off my remaining amount..at the same time other side getting threatening calls from Ms.GEETHA.

Please help me to close this issue to avoid threatening calls from Ms.GEETHA.

Dear Sir,

Again I got a calls & mails from Ms GEETHA to pay the amount. I'm not sure that this complaint being discussed internally with in Reliance team. She stated that Pay now Rs.740 else come and attend case in Court. Always kind of black mailing that Come to court and attend the case.

Please analyze this issue and let me know where I made mistake to pay late fee to Reliance.

Its all because of Asha @ [protected] did not complete her job when I paid Rs.900. I'm not sure that even if Pay now, after 6 months someone will come from reliance ask I need to pay again & Again.

Hence, could you please look into this as HIGH priority to close this issue?
