Dear Sir, My Reliance data card connection No: [protected]. I have been using this connection past 5.5 years. Due to CDMA to 4G upgrade I wen under lot of hurdles and raised many complaints.. During this time, customer care said your monthly rental will be waived off. But it as only half amount of my month bill though the entire month internet was not available. Due to all these frustrations, I have decided to terminate my connection. Here after I checked with Reliance outlet, my connection was terminated. after 2 months I got a called from Asha @ [protected] stated to pay ~ Rs.1500 and said all my concerns and she asked me to pay Rs.900 and the remaining will be waived off. She told she will close this issue. after a month I got a call from Charan @ [protected] that I need to pay ~ R.1695. Again repeated all history and he went off. After two week again I got a call from Nandini @ [protected]. Again I told all my concerns and she accepted and she will close this issue immediately. I do have all proof for the Email, SMS for the same. And 7th dec 2016 ..One female employee called me and started shouting and threatening me with below questions and she did not allow me to speak. 1. Speak professionally. 2.Do you have evidence that you have terminated. Do you know court will not accept Email, SMS, chats. I need only proof.Show me that. 3. Come to court and pay your amount with all Fine. even more. I do have Audio recorded in my mobile. If required I can send all the proof. "Im totally upset and do not know what should I do" for someones mistake. Could you please help me to proceed further. If reliance could have said that you have to pay this much and that day itself my connection will be closed. I do not know, why they are giving this kind of hurdles to customers. Again the same issue shooting up.
I got a call from reliance customer care that I just need to pay Rs.300 and Paid. Confirmation sent to below people in Reliance.
They are not ready to provide NOC.

[protected] .. that case file against me.
I really do not understand what reliance is expecting from me?
Can you please look into this as HIGH priority to close this issue?
