Reliance Communications — Egregious service and billing for my postpaid number [protected] | |||||
Hi. I am a postpaid customer and my number is [protected]. After paying my last bill, all the service on my phone were stopped and there was no network at all on my reliance number. I then called the customer care and followed all the instructions they had asked me to follow and yet the service wasn't restored. On further prying, they asked me to change my sim as 'there must be a problem in my sim'. But i was not in mumbai and travelling (Still in delhi) and when i went to a store, i was told that my sim couldn't be replaced here and i will have to get it from mumbai.Inherently, they asked me to go to mumbai just to get my services back. But this still doesn't get over. A few days earlier (4 days at maximum), my sim (Which was supposed to be the problem), automatically started working at the same location. And as soon as it was fixed, i started receiving calls to pay my pending bill, to which i obviously refused because i wasn't going to pay when the service wasn't provided to me. The executive then checked with her senior and informed me that i will have to pay the bill, ti keep using my number. I also have a complain dated june 21st, 2016 in the same regard and my service had been out since a week before. The complain number for the same is[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||||
