Hi Mr Boban/Team,
Sorry to come back again but couldnot help- your team has acquainted itself to such a bad habit of deducting balances that i have also thought not to compromise anymore and change the company's habit by escalating matters to TRAI and Consumer Court.
I am not changing the subline of the email but tweaking
it to reflect how many times your company has
erroneously deducted the customer balances. The email
chain is enough to speak the history about you guys. Now
i believe this has become a habit for your company to do
this on a month/ two month basis which i will definitely
escalate to TRAI.
The balance of 13 rupees was deducted on 29th July for which i have raised request[protected] i got an sms saying request has been processed but no reversal was made. Today again 5 rupees was deducted i have been trying to call cutomer care but unable to get thorugh any executive. Please take necessary action and revert my money back.
You know what you can do is credit my account with 10, 000 minute balance and then start deducting everyday till the balance is not exhausted so that i don't have to waste so much time and effort chasing you guys for reversals,
I think company is not learning from its mistakes and Senior Mgmt are not at all Serious about it and they have taken it for granted.
