Reliance Communications — Flame 6/jio

I bought lyf flame 6 two days ago and one of my friend bought if one day ago, both in rs 3000 each. From the time the sim got activated we both started facing the same issue. First issue is the internet spped is very slow. The downloading speed never goes beyond 900 kbps during night and 300 kbps during the day. And i am sure that none will agree to this that this is a 4g speed. Second issue is the hotspot in the mobile disconnectes every 10 minutes just for 2-3 seconds and then it comes back again. So the same issue was being faced on both the phones.
We took the mobile to the service center in jamshedpur and there we found out that 4 more people in which 3 of them with flame 6 and one with flame 5 were also facing the exact same issue. So we came to a point that it was manufacturing defect. To be honest we spend 4 hours in the service center without any resolution to the issue. The guy there kept us waiting for the first 1 hour and came back with the phone just by formatting it and was trying to convience us that the issue is resolved however we checked and found out the issue was still there. So he did the same thing for the next 3 hours. He was also using a lyf mobile phone so he took out the jio sim from the phone and inserted the sim in our phone which resulted with the same issue. He convienced us that it is the issue with the network which would be resolved within the next couple of days for sure to which we agreed.
However the major problem still existed which was of hotspot. So we found a guy there who purchased the phone 18 days ago and was facing the same issue and his problem was not resolved from the last 15 days. He was very much frustated since he told us that he had talked on phone to the manager, the area manager and even the head person of the state jharkhand. However he got no resolution.
At last all o[censored]s raised our voices and asked for a resolution to which the guy there told us that the issue will be resolved by this saturday which is 16 june 2016. Since there will be a update rolled over which would resolve this bug. So we came back. And just after an hour i received a phone which i have a recording with myself in which my friend and i talked to a guy from ranchi, jharkhand who was from jio support service. He also told us to wait until saturday. But the point is he was very rude. To be honest he was extremely rude. And if anyone would like to get the recording then i am ready to send him/her the recording.
So all this comes to one point that jio is selling out a phone at very cheap cost which cannot be used at all. The hotspot is very bad and even the internet speed which is claimed to be 4g cannot be even compared to 3g.
