Reliance Communications — Forced me into higher bill plan with 4G without taking my concurrence

I was using reliance 3gpro ([protected]). Reliance in-forced me into rs.900/- rental plan, without taking my confirmation. Although in there earlier comm they confirmed that with 4g registration also bill will be at 3g plan only. But on 16-jul-16 they put me in rs.900/- plan & after bill generation it was rs.767/-. Although i req not to put me in 4g
