[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Forcing me to pay the bill when the internet was not working for three months. | |||||
Reliance broadband connection was not working from three months i.e. from June - August 2016. I tried to contact the customer care to resolve the issue but no one turned up for three months. After three months one of the reliance technical guy turned up and told that there is a technical issue and it would be resolved and also the bill amount will be waived off. Now from past two months I am getting repeated calls from reliance to pay the outstanding bill amount and have sent me a fradulent notice to appear in lok adalat court Pune. Now none of the executives are responding to my calls. Reliance was stealing electricity from our apartment and society president disconnected all their lines and cables.
