[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Fraud with me.. Does not give proper facility after recharge and worst customer care

i recharge rs.195 via freecharge on 3rd june, 2016. Rs.195 gives unlimited 2g(30GB that show when i check for remaining balance) internet for 28 days(kolkata circle).
First : its give me wrong validity on 5th june, 2016 unknowing they end my net pack..so i complain on 6th june. my complain number is[protected]..after complain i said to send a sms of my complain number..customer care said ok..then i got a sms which is not for complain number ..they activate a vas service of rs.7. i call again then they back my rs.7 ..and after 2hour they again deducted rs.3 two time from my a/c. i have not enough energy to call again to give my money back..
they dnt send me complain number on 7th june at night i call to get my complain number customer care say ur complain is resolve and you get the poper facility of your pack...i said how..then there is no answer..i said again i recharge 3june which is 28 th day validity and it is 7june..."'its clearly show there is no net data in your mobile" clearly shows me..

again i complain on 7th june[protected] get same feedback..
again complain on 8th june[protected] at that time i talk to a senior customer care "u definately got ur data and validity"
on 9th june i got my validity and it give me data 0(zero)MB. so i cant do anything just watching my validity..
9th june they block my number to customer care so i make internet chat in reliance website...customer care said "u consume ur whole data" i m not agree with it..then they suggest me to download instacare app and check ur used data..i check on 3rd june to 5 june i consume only 861Mb from my 30gb data...again i complain on 9 june, 2016 from my friend mobile for my number and my complain number is[protected].. its 17th june its still processing..my validity period is comeing to end now which is 30th june...in between i called 2 to 3 times they only say its process..

on 16th june i called reliance sectray office customer care [protected] call cost rs.1.5/minute. first it take near 5 minute to take call when someone picked i give my complain number and says whats happend..again customer care hold it for 3 minute and rply me here is complain written that u dnt get poper call facility.. and must contact customer care 198...i think he dnt know to read english...what can i do..i again call customer care from my friend mobile the customer care is says my last complain is for "to get my remaining data balance"

so i complain its 17th june my problem is still not solve..after paid rs 195..its shame to reliance communication...

it was not resolve..i still not get my remaining data...if u buy 1kg rice and after full paid shopkeeper gives you 100gm...how anyone satisfy...i recharged rs.195(unlimited 2g internet for 28 days usually gives 30gb) on 3rd june but i can only use internet upto 5 june only use 861mb. after that i m complained to give my validity and remaining data...9june they return my validity with 0(zero)mb data but not my remaining data...so i m cant able to internet just watching validity...then how it is resolve someone say...it was cheated me..just big fruad company... today i call customer care again they can only able to check last 3 days used data of customer..then how they say i consume my whole 30bg data...but i clearly see in ur instacare app that i only able to consume only 861mb data.. so what they actually do from 9th june to today 19th june if they says that you consume whole data..how they say...its totally fruad with me...

thanks for your reply...but i think its Total waste of my money and time...dont know how long its take to process my complain..and give me back my remaining data...

i dnt get correct benefit i have all the relevent msg that show how they give me wrong validity...after wrong validity end they extend my validity without giving remaining data...coz my wrong validity end on 5th june 12am night...they extend my data on 9th june when there is no data...all the relevent msg screenshot i upload my next complain...hope every one understand how they cheat...

and 2nd image show 21st june they send me the correct data ...when today i upload all sms screenshot...to prove

from 6th to 20th june means 15days in 28 days validity i m not able to use internet for giving me wrong data...so you have to extend my validity 15 days otherwise take my data...today i will visit your nadal office kolkata...lets see what they say...
