Reliance Communications — Frustrated Reliance Customer, Annoying messages, Bal deductions and what not............

My num: [protected] I have got this message about 6 times since yesterday and my money has been deducted many times. ""You have requested for TecShayaari pack for 30 days at rs 30 pm" Reliance customer care not picking calls and if they do they speak in bengali and there isnt any option for hindi/english. Common people.. Are you nuts?? who will ask for Shayari pack in these times?? Such messages are annoying. and For God sake stop that long automated message whenever we are trying to call someone"Your prepaid acc bal is 19.34..bla bla, recharge soon to avoid suspension of your account" You are attracting a very negative image to your company. We are your subscribers since ages. Do you really mean that if our bal goes below 20 ..this would lead to suspension of account if we dont recharge. Obviously any person will recharge when he/she is out f bal. I am so frustrated with this that I am soon going to port my number if such annoying messages and deduction of balance without any reason continues. Return my deducted amount on priority. Expecting a reply before I fill this form of number portability which I already got. No Regards, Frustrated Customer

My Reliance data card number is [protected]. I have called many times to reliance customer care to terminate my post paid data card due to slow network connection problem. But they said, they will fix it and they offered for lowest monthly payment for 200 for 1 GB/month.. But not at all i got the issue fixed. Then again, i tried many times to terminate the connection by calling customer care. They said due to technical issues, unable to transfer the call to termination department.

Recently they launched 4G connection. So 3 months before when i went to pay the bill at reliance office, they told to me that reliance going to terminate all the 3G connection in that month.

I have not used the internet connection using my 3g dongle, because it won't work at all from my place.

Reliance keeps sending me messages monthly to pay the bill.. Why should i pay this bill? I have not used it! Check your database, Did i used your internet connection ?

Now they asking me to pay RS:393 bill amount.. You guys said, it will get terminate automatically. Then why you are sending me monthly bills?

I can't pay this amount.. I know my reliance account already terminated since i can't even login to my reliance account. So, Please don't call me again to ask for the bill amount..
