Fwp migration from cdma to gsm 4g not completed in more than 10 days.. Hi, i have been asked to move from old landline cdma - [protected] to gsm 4g - [protected]. I had bought new landline handset too for rs 2000, but still my new no is not activated and old no also got deavtivated. Not able to receive and dial any no from five days Concern not resolved from last 1 week and still no not activated after paying bill amount and web-world just say there system shows all good, but phone and sim says no not registered.. No support from reliance after being a post paid customer from last 13-14 years.. Pathetic customer support and incident resolution team,.. They also just close the incident without informaint the customer on there alternate registered contact no or through mail.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
