[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Getting Billed for the service discontinued by reliance | |||
I had a Reliance Dongle ([protected]) (pro 3/CDMA) I paid 1500 Rs for the Device. Approximately 3-4 months back reliance discontinued the CDMA service and i never used the service since then, i registered online for the new device no one contacted from reliance. Issue, is i am still being charged every month and reliance is not owning this issue and not waiving off my bill. I have contacted reliance several times on this. they bluntly rejected and were rude. Why should i pay for no mistake of mine? I would request the concerned to formally register a complaint and take action on them.
