[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Getting Unused Bill after Disconnected

Despite of complaining again and again my problem is not solved yet. I have submitted letter for disconnection at the nearest Reliance branch- Gajuwaka on 5th-Dec-2013. My DataCard number is [protected]. At that time your Reliance Executives said that with in a week your connection will be disconnected. After that without any information the unused month bill is get generating and I am getting calls continuously from reliance care that you need to make payment of 1510 /- outstanding amount. In the month of June-14 one of your Reliance executive called me and informed that now your card is in suspension and if you pay the balance amount 1510 /- then she promised me for the complete termination of the card else we will move for a legal claim. Since I do not want to extend this Issue and make quarrel with you people I decided to pay the unused bill amount to close the issue at the earliest and requested to send one of your executive to my place for collecting the amount. They promised me the card will be disconnected after 2 days on payment and the acknowledgement will be mailed to you, I believe your executive words and paid the due amount 1510 /- on 09-June-2014. But they haven't keep up their words and Issue was not resolved, now again I am getting the unused month bill and getting continuous call from the reliance care that you need to make payment of 1030 /-. Now again I personally visited 6 time in last one month to the nearest reliance outlet (Gajuwaka & Muralinagar branches) for waived off the unused bill 1030 rs and the termination of my card. They are not serious and simply postponing the days (Very bad response to the customers). Please help me to waived off the unused bill amount and to resolve the Issue at the earliest...
