I am santanu ghosh. I have lost my sony mobile on 21/05/2016.In that mobile phone there is a reliance gsm sim card numbered [protected]. I want to block the sim card. The sim was activated with my uncle name madan ghosh and address is village-udayganj, po - kharar, dist - paschim medinipur, west bengal - 721222. Please deactivate the sim and inform me if any further information is required.
