[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Harassment by collections | |||||
I had issues during reliance move to 4g. My plan from 10gb was changed to 2gb without authorisation and my service was disconnected. Repeated calls to customer service got nowhere since I had paid the bill of 680 then I asked for my connection to be terminated then. I did this twice. Customer service confirmed cancelation. After two months I am still being billed and the executives keep calling and asking me to pay around 2k as they don't seem to have a recording of my cancellation request. I've got repeated calls harassing me. They expect me to pay for a service that I disconnected 2 months back. Now my details have been shared with collections and I get 3 calls everyday even though no one resolved my issue with the connection. They didn't even process cancellation.
