[Resolved] Reliance Communications — I'm complaining about their poor service. | |||||
I recharged my reliance dongle for Rs 849 on[protected] and till date i.e[protected] I couldn't use my data as I recharged for 3g and it's being connected to 3g. I have also talked to customer executive on 2nd, 4th, 6th, 10th and 11th of October and twice or thrice each day but they are just making excuses. My complaint number is[protected] and reliance number is [protected]. Validity of pack is for 30 days and 12 days are gone. They are neither providing service nor giving my money back.
