[Resolved] Reliance Communications — ILLEGAL BALANCE DEDUCTION | |||
i've recharged my number with 74rs call reducing pack 5 days ago. I've got 500MB 2G data free valid for 1 month. But today all the free data balance is 0 despite the fact that i haven't downloaded anything . I didn't have any idea that my net pack has 0 balance so i continue using internet on my cell and due to this my main balance also lost. when I call 198 and after selecting certain options when i reached to talk costumer care executive they simply end the call by saying " Thanks for calling reliance".
