Reliance Communications — Illegal deduction of Rs 45/- for many times for so called VAS

Ubhejib Oct 3, 2015 Thx My e mail ID IS [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no [protected]. Again Reliance has deucted illegally my Rs 45/- yesterday and customer executive is just saying ""sorry! Sorry!"" instead registering complaint.My previous complaint of same nature is yet unresolved.They have even no courtesy to reply to e mails sent by customers.I never activated any VAS.tEXT OF MY sms of yesterday is as under:- RM-Reliance Fri Oct 02 18:13:12 IST 2015 Amount Charged for VAS ADPAY GSM Rs:45.00 Current Main Balance : Rs:99.95 I see no forum except you to redress my grievance. Thx Pl make out some solution. I am frustrated and I am thinking of switching to other service provider. I also deacivated all VAS if any from net from my account.But still this happened. This is nothing but extortion without any remedy. Thx for patient reading and attempting to help me inter alia. U B Hejib
