[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Illegall and inflated bill and false committement from Reliance Staff | |||
I have a Reliance 3g Dongal vide number [protected]. Which is suspended since long. Initially after disconnection they sent a bill of Rs 722/- which was due in my account. After that Reliance customer care executive continuously harassing me and with out sending me any bills they are continuously asking me to deposit an inflated amount of Rs 15200(approx) and after that One Ms Pinki Mondal called me from number[protected] and assured me to deposit Rs 722 and accordingly she will send a waiver bills . But after that she did not keep her word. I sent so many mail to Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com and every time they committed that they will solve it on priority but accidentally they did not do anything and I was waiting. But today i.e on 20.12.2014 they have sent me a mail to deposit Rs 1, 788.47/- . Now my submission is. 1. Why Reliance disconnect the number with out notice. 2. Why Reliance customer care executive gave false committment of Waiver with out doing anything and why they force me to wait till date. 3. Why unnecessarily they are harassing me to deposit this amount of bill ? Was this information helpful? | |||
