Reliance Communications — I'm complaining about my outgoing service has been stopped | |||||
I. Kavita Chheda, a customer of reliance Number :[protected], is unhappy with your services provided. There is an issue regarding my payment not received or my payment made is not been shown in your system. But I have made my payment and have the receipt with me. My outgoing service has been stopped. In spite of repetitive calls and visit to the near web, the issue isn't solved. I m even charged a penalty without any reason. I am currently facing a lot of inconvenience. The fault is totally on your side. We have made the required payments. We have the bill receipt. Kindly solve the issue urgently. My outgoing service isn't working since 4 days I am currently irrated as the reliance employees are also not cooperative. I look forward for a postive action and give me reply.
