My new 4g wipod device is unable to get the internet access since the 4g services are started in our area (i. e 7th july). contacted the rcom customer care through all modes (chat, call and email) and still my problem was not resolved.
Surprisingly, i am getting different responses each time i call the customer care. one agent says my account is not having any 4g data balance and another technical team agent says my account has 10gb 4g data balance and validity until 05-aug-2016. i was wondering why each technical team agent is seeing different balance information on my account.
Due to cdma to 4g upgrade, i was forced to buy a new 4g wipod device as a replacement for netconnect device. i paid rs 2699/- for the device rs100/- for up-gradation recharge in ap circle. during upgrade i was promised for 10gb free data also.
Now all the amount i paid is going waste because of rcom ruthless service.
I request the consumer complaint to take necessary action on rcom and make them either fix my wipod internet connectivity issue immediately or take this new device back and return my money. Was this information helpful? |
