[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Incorrect information given by customer care representatives | |||||
Hi my name is bryoni d'cruz. I have this number with three for almost 9 years, and have never defaulted in any of my payments, and have always been paying my bills always before the due date. I received a bill of -147, and called on 2 august to confirm my bill amount and was told that i don't have to pay anything and that i'm in credit. I then receive a call on 17 august to tell me i have an outstanding balance of 638 pending to be paid. I did inform them of the bill i received and the confirmation call i made on 2 august. The advisor named salma khan, then tells me i received an incorrect bill and i should pay for the outstanding balance on the account. I informed them it's not my fault if they've sent me the wrong bill, and informed them i want a waiver of 50% of the bill. The advisor then says that at they'll waive the late payment (Which i'm not even entitled to), and also waive 50% of the bill. I now receive a bill of rupees 1293.89, where not only have they not waived 50% but also added the late fee. I'm looking out for a waiver of the 50% of the first bill, without the lat fees included.
