My internet connection is not working from past 7 days and there is no action from your side even after repeated complaints. I decided to terminate my connection. Also note my bill is due on 29-May-15 and I am not going to pay this bill. See my details below. Account no[protected] Name- Venu Gopalam Mangena Contact no- [protected] Complaint nos- [protected] on 23 May 15, [protected] on 24 May 15, [protected] on 26 May 15 Even after my complaints there is no action from your side moreover complaints are closing without consulting customer. I had bitter experience with your customer service. Your customer care representatives said that you can complain in consumer court. Hope you will improve your customer service in future.
