Reliance Communications — Irresponsible Customer Service - Reliance Pro3 Wifi Data

Reliance Data Card No.:[protected] Complaint Request No.:[protected] I bought the above mentioned Reliance Pro3 Wifi Data Card two weeks back. At the time of Demo, I was getting decent speed[protected] Kbps) in the data card brought for demo but after getting the new data card I am getting only around 100 Kbps. At night time, sometimes I do get even 2 Mbps. I spoke to the sales man and he asked me to wait to couple of days so that the issue will be resolved automatically. But no magic happened and the issue was not resolved even after 4 days. Then he asked me to raise complaint with Customer Care[protected], as per his guide raised a complaint on 15/03/2015. Customer Care agent said the issue will be resolved WITHIN 3 days. I called back on 17/03/2015 to enquire if there is any update, they said it is still in processing, I thought they have not even started looking into the issue and asked them to transfer the call the escalation team. Saranya from escalation team responded me on 17/03/2015 and promised that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours. I waited for next 24 hours, still no resolution not even any follow-up call. Then I called on 18/3/2015 and spoke to another escalation team member called Nancy, this time also she was telling same lie (will be resolved within 24 hours). Then I called Appellate authority[protected] Anand), he was also telling the same story and asked me to wait for 24 hours. He promised that the issue will be resolved and I will get call back from Reliance backend team before 18/3/2015 midnight. But I did not get any call till now (19/3/2015 6.30 PM). Then I called on 20/3/2015 to the appellate authority (Buvaneswari) and she said it's their issue that the issue is not resolved within SLA and she promised the issue will be resolved soon, even after 36 hours the issue is not resolved. I can share you the call recordings if you do not believe my words. Saranya - 17/3/2015 2.00 PM Nancy - 18/3/2015 2.30 PM Anand - 18/3/2015 6.00 PM[protected] Buvaneswari - 20/3/[protected] Never seen this kind of irresponsible behavior from a nodal officer level executives. Not sure when the issue will be resolved. I am sure that I cannot do anything with 100 Kbps speed. Never expected that Reliance will cheat me by giving false promises and an useless device. Need resolution such a way I can browse with at least 1000 kbps through the day. If that is not possible, kindly refund the money paid. I am really frustrated because of these guys and this useless device. Someone please guide me how to file a case against reliance communication at consumer court or any other place where I can take legal action against them.

The complaint has already been taken to customer service team, escalation team and appellate authorities. Everyone is responding me to "wait for 2 days". Just now (24/3/2015) called another appellate authority (Anand), again he is asking me to wait for 48 hours. Even now he is not confident if the problem will be resolved in next 48 hours. Worst and irresponsible appellate authorities.

Our customer service team have informed us that they are unable to reach you, as per confirmation received from concern team we wish to inform you that we received confirmation from concern department that our network optimization is going on and is expected to be resolved soon

Your network team members started calling me daily to say "Wait for 24 hours", but you are saying I am not reachable. They are saying there is network issue in my area and no one is aware when it will be resolved. It's already been 1 month since I bought the data card and 2+ weeks since the complaint is registered still you people are saying it will be resolved soon. Not sure if you guys know the meaning of SOON.

Called customer service to raise the request for waiver of charges for this period but no one has taken any action on that too. I don't know how you guys run the business with this kind of customer service and escalation team.
