my reliance gsm no.[protected] & [protected] deducted rs.5 & 10 from both prepaid balance, I make call half times to 198 in same date, its not connected to customer executive. as on date 1/6/2015 i make call to 198, executive reply we haven't record & can't refund balance.He rply i must call within 24 hours. it's chitting with customer.
