Reliance Communications — Knowingly wrong deduction of amount | |||
Hello sir, Again balance deducted even i don't use internet. This happen also on 18 may 2016 when balance around rs.100 deducted. And before this rs. 77 and rs.30 & rs.9 on various accounts even i did not use any service like vas & others. I just need my balance back... If i want to use net then i will recharge please do not deduct from my main balance. I don't keep huge balance so that you can deduct unnecessarily. Tollfree customer care executives don't even listen to my problem. Reliance is continuously deducting balance from main account for unknown reasons well known to them. Even the customer executive cut my call. Kindly look into the matter. I feel mentally harassed when customer executives don't listen to any complains. He first answered my call and told it's not his job and told me to call customer care and hang the call. When i tried calling him again he was disconnecting my call continuously. Disappointed with his attitude. When i tried calling him next day he was not responding to my calls. Ishwar dutt Was this information helpful? | |||
