Reliance Communications — Landline not working from one month

Dear Sir,

I am disgusted and fed up of Reliance communication for not solving our problem since past one month.

Our reliance landline number is not working from one month and we have called everyday to complaint and follow up and have been transferred to about 30 customer service executives whose names all we have jotted down with us, who are expert liars and cheaters and never turned up to fix the problem in thirty days !!!

Reliance communication is surely "the worst" company to avail of any service. And to think that it used to be one of the best once upon a time.

Please fix our problem immediately or we will have to cancel this landline and take a landline form other company like airtel etc...
