Reliance Communications — last two month total Reliance CDMA Network was break in my locality.

Dear Sir with due respect, i Subhajit laha son of Gurupada Laha.i am from memari, burdwan, west Bengal pin.-713146.i have reliance phone since last 10 years.but unfortunately last two month reliance cdma network was totally break.all the time cll drope in home or out side home.more than 10 times i complain to service provider and they launched a complain for me, here one of the complain number is[protected] in[protected] and said that complain resolve within next 3 days.but nothing happen.in my locality the Reliance CDMA network was totally break nothing change.so what can i do now? plz help me, this type of company is totally 3rd class company.any stuff help me for last two month.plz help me.or i will launch a case on reliance company very soon.
