[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Balance deduction and data pack not activated | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I have been using Reliance Prepaid Communication Service from 1 year now.I have Complaint regarding my balance deduction of Rs.75(approx) later when complained only Rs 38 was refunded.They have also Deactivated my Terrif/Rate cutter which of Rs 34. and my data pack of Rs 27 was also deactivated after 2 days(263 Mb 2g data remaining).Lastly, I don't any services activated in future without my consent. Hello Sir/Madam
This is the 3rd Time i am writing and there is no action taken from consumer court and if this is the case then i have to proceed furthur and very seriously regarding my balance deduction which was around Rs80, data pack and terrif recharge/rate cutter.I have talked to the escalation department but there is no response from them.If this case then all is clear and final i have to take some serios action against the reliance service and consumer court paid by reliance for their negligiance.Earlier i have talked to reliance Escalation deaprtment they told me to solve this but later they also didn't show any interest.

This is to inform you that my complaint has not yet resolved even after talking to customer service team if that is case the for next 3 days i might take some legal action against reliance to proceed futhur.The inconvinience which i have faced i am not interested to take this company service in future and i might go for MNP to switch network.And also advice everyone not to take Reliance Communication in future.I am glad that you replied back to me.

even same, I was facing, and they are not ready to refund my money. They have added VAS without being ctivated by me from my side.

My issue is not yet resolved as the Reliance service team is to rigid and repeating the same sentence over and over again.I am the customer if i have a problem which is not yet resolved so how can you say that it is being discussed and resolved? This service is totally a fraud.I would highly recommend everyone not to opt for this communication service because these people will simply lure with their cheap plans and rate but i guarantee you will end up being Mugged.I will not recharge my reliance prepaid sim so that they don't deduct again any such balance.And wait for my ID proof to arrive and go for MNP to switch network.
