[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Limited — Broadband Connection is not working

Sir, Here I want to inform you that there is no any battery backup or inverter at the DLC site from where the broadband & landline phone lines are distribute to my area. So, when the power cut off in my area the phone & broadband connection gets off for long time. I am facing this problem from last 10 days & I have make several complains to reliance customer care & also e-mailed them about this problem.. They have only one answer "It will resolve in 24 hours" but they are not doing for battery backup problem. Please do something...
