Reliance Communications Limited — Careless attitude | |||
I ordered for a Reliance Datacard on[protected] from a local dealer/franchise of reliance. As I have already purchased few from the same dealer I knew it would take maximum of 10 days to get delivered. But I was wrong. It got dragged over a month. Every time I approach him, he puts the blame on the company stating that due to poor network the datacard cant be activated. Iam surprised to hear that a place can witness 30 days of poor network which I haven't seen or heard in the past 5-6 yrs. Another stupid reason that he threw at me was sending the courier through a slower courier service! Just because reliance has become a big brand doesn't mean they can stop caring about their customers. To add to the woes, their customer care is the most horrible. I put on the speaker and go out, when I return after 20 minutes I find its still waiting to connect to the customer care. Shame on Reliance Communications. Was this information helpful? | |||
