Dear sir I am Ajay Prakash Sah proprietor of COMTECH authorised DSA Reliance commutation, my DSA Code [protected] . I am stating DSA Business April 2016 and till date your sales team and support team cannot get proved full support and training like CAF clearing, customer handling, Month wise DSA point Payments clearing etc . I am starting business 4 moth but nobody visited regularly and timely till date. With this email of mine, I would like to draw your attention towards the mis-behaviour of Post-paid head Kolkata ( Vivek Mishra ) & the Direct Sales Head Kolkata ( Sukreet Shome ) of reliance communication Kolkata circle. When i am request more then 15 time to circle head he come to my office 22 July for problem solving but he is very rude behaviour with me and he used abusing language and he told high rated and you give complaint any where anybody or my Chairman and he told one more word they could not be taken my hair i am a Post-paid head Kolkata my system my operation my rules is this telecom circle. i am a king of this Kolkata circle u r my slave. this type of behaviour Post-paid head Kolkata Sir i would u like to request u plz look this matter and told a hire authority for flowing problems solution 1. CA[censored]pload and submission 2. Time to time update training on reliance post paid product 3. I need to regular visit a TMS or ASM in my DSA point for proper tale collars support 4. Give Instruction to Reliance house back office staff to Respective behaviour of comtech staff including me 5. Till Date sales / commercial team not clear Payments system 6. Till date Payments and sales Report Penning for April to in this running month ( 4 moth ) 7. Give instruction to commercial team provide each moth timely DSA Sales and Payments Report 8.
