I had made a recharge of rs 1499 prior to upgrade just few days. As promised the balance data/10gb has not been carried forward nor refund o[censored]nused data of 3g is made. Reliance had assured me 10gb 4g data after purchasing wi-pod. It was also clearly mentioned on the website .now the customer care executive is asking me to recharge it as they have cancelled the free data. a
This is a total fraud and unethical as they had advertised giving free data largely.
I also want to state that I had made a Recharge of Rs 1499 just few days when there 3 G servise was active.
