[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Data recharge problem | |||
Date or incident: 05th june 2016 Mobile number:[protected] Yesterday i have recharged my reliance prepaid mobile. Number: [protected] (Maharashtra) with rs149 /- data recharge. I have recently upgrade my cdma number to 4g reliance (Which company forced to migrate). I received new sim. Before recharge i called on customer care *333 number to check the available data recharge value and offer. On ivr system it is suggested to do recharge for rs149 for 1.5 gb data for 28 days validity. When i did online recharge the amount gets deducted from my credit card but the recharge is not done on my mobile. When i spoke with customer care representative he told me that the recharge offer is not for cdma it is for gsm. When i ask him why your ivr system playing that offer to me. He is having no answer for that. Also when i asked him to refund my amount he told that he is not able to refund it as well. Why customers money is used if you are not able to provide them service. I need my money back or recharge my mobile with the same amount of talk time or data. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 9, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Received email from [email protected] that i will get refund on my bank account in 7 days. Today i received refund to my bank account.
