Sir, this is sudeep from bikaner. I am regular customer, i recharge 45/- before 5-6 days. Detect 4/- without reason so i complaint to Customer care but i am not satisfy with comment. My call transfer to Enior customer executive (Mr sudhansu kumar) but again not satisfy Enior customer executive and misbehavior with me, i recharge again 150/- 10 oct 16 but again detect 45/- and i complaint 3-4 time my Complain is not registered (Mr pradeep, pooja &sunil customer Executive) i can't reach customer care, My no is blocked. I already registered complain by email at mumbai Head branch, but not action this problem so i request to you pl help Me. Thank u, Was this information helpful? | |||||
