Reliance Communications Limited — Frequent Disconnection | |||
I recharged my reliance net connect + data card with the number [protected] on 29/9/13 for 800 rs. According to this plan I should get –the plan- but I was denied internet access after just ten days o[censored]sage. Then I called the customer care service many times and they again gave me access after 2 days. Then I was able to use the net for another 10 days but again they denied me access and when I contacted the customer care services they were not replying properly. The plan was for 30 days but they are denying me access after every 10 days after which I have to conduct multiple and lengthy conversations with the customer care executives only to get access for just 10 days after which they again denied me access. They offered me a plan and I subscribed the plan by paying 800 rs but I am not able to realize the benefits of that plan due to their faults and carelessness. This makes me to undergo lot of stress and fell that the corporation like Reliance can cheat the citizens without accountability.
