Reliance Communications Limited — internet service not run

Sir, I have last internet recharge 38 rupees on 20-oct-2014 with five days validity. internet recharge done sms also came my inbox. but i have not use internet service. I am trying time to time for net connect but error msg come "DNS Server not respond". why?
