[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Limited — Misguided when sold wipod

I have a wipod dongle which i was delivered to me after discussion with executives mr asi khan and mr mateen khan of reliance local office of saharanpur, and was been given a plan of 40gb unlimited for 999 and was given a promotional deal of getting 500 discount every month for 3 months. But when my plan was activated it was activated with 12gb day and 12gb night, and didn't received the promo deal. But after discussion with authorities i have been given discount of total 1000 in second month and plan changed, but again it was been changed to 12gb plan and now they are refusing to give me the original plan of 40gb. I was been told that i will get aroung 5mbps speen but i am getting 2kbps which is very difficult for me to even mail.
The exectives who sold me the product they are not taking any responsibilities and has told to other executives the executives looking my case are mr sunil yadav, mr sachin jain.
